Rwy'n Ddarllenydd mewn Ystadegau yn yr Ysgol Mathemateg ers mis Awst 2021. Ymunais â'r Ysgol ym mis Medi 2013 fel Darlithydd a chefais fy nyrchafu i Uwch-ddarlithydd ym mis Awst 2019. Cyn hynny roeddwn yn Athro Cynorthwyol yn yr Adran Mathemateg ym Mhrifysgol Dechnolegol Michigan (2010-2013) ac yn Gymrawd Ymchwilydd Newydd yn y Sefydliad Ystadegau a Mathemateg Gymhwysol (SAMSI - Gogledd Carolina, UDA). Mae fy ymchwil wedi cael ei ariannu gan National Science Foundation, Cymdeithas Mathemategol Llundain, Rhwydwaith GW4 ac Ymddiriedolaeth Wellcome.
Mae fy niddordeb ymchwil yn cynnwys ystadegau dimensiwn uchel, lleihau dimensiwn dan oruchwyliaeth a heb oruchwyliaeth, ystadegau cyfrifiadurol, dysgu peirianyddol a dadansoddi data testun. Rwy'n hapus i drafod gyda darpar fyfyrwyr Ph.D. unrhyw brosiectau ymchwil y mae ganddynt ddiddordeb ynddynt os ydynt am weithio gyda mi.
Ar hyn o bryd mae gen i'r rolau canlynol yn yr Ysgol/Brifysgol:
- Cyfarwyddwr Astudiaethau Ôl-raddedig a Addysgir
