Mae Dinara Davlembayeva yn Ddarlithydd mewn Marchnata a Strategaeth yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Mae hi wedi bod yn gwasanaethu fel Golygydd Cyswllt yn y International Journal of Business Systems and Applied Management ers mis Ebrill 2018. Mae gan Dinara Ph.D. mewn Marchnata o Ysgol Fusnes Prifysgol Newcastle a Gradd MSc mewn Marchnata a Strategaeth o Ysgol Fusnes Warwick.
Mae gan Dinara ddiddordeb mewn archwilio ymddygiad unigolion a phenderfyniadau prynu o fewn amgylcheddau a grwpiau cymdeithasol a gyfryngir yn ddigidol trwy ystyried mewnwelediad rhyngddisgyblaethol i ffenomena sy'n destun ymchwiliad. Bu'r prosiectau ymchwil y mae hi wedi'u cynnal yn archwilio tanategu cymdeithasol a seicolegol cyfranogiad yn yr economi rhannu a goblygiadau i'w rhanddeiliaid, effaith marchnata dylanwadwyr ar-lein ar wybyddiaeth ac ymddygiad defnyddwyr, yn ogystal â phrofiadau cwsmeriaid sy'n deillio o ryngweithio â thechnolegau AI. Mae gan Dinara ddiddordeb hefyd mewn cymhwyso technolegau digidol a'u heffeithiau entrepreneuraidd a sefydliadol.
Cyhoeddwyd yr ymchwil gorffenedig mewn cyfnodolion effaith uchel, megis Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, a Information Technology and People. Cydnabuwyd nifer o bapurau ymchwil fel y Papurau Gorau yn 18fed Cynhadledd IFIP ar E-fusnes, E-wasanaethau ac E-gymdeithas a'r 7fed Grŵp Ymchwil Marchnata, Strategaeth a Pholisi Rhyngwladol, tra bod y papur a gyflwynwyd yng Nghynhadledd Academi Systemau Gwybodaeth y DU yn 2021 wedi derbyn y wobr fel papur cymeradwyaeth uchel.
