Trosolwyg

Arbenigwr ar iaith, llenyddiaeth a hanes Cymru ganoloesol ydw i. Mae fy niddordebau'n amrwyio ar draws barddoniaeth Gymraeg gynnar, ysgrifennu hanesyddol canoloesol, a llawysgrifau Cymraeg, yn ogystal â hanes Ynysol cynnar. Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn testunau Cymraeg yr Oesoedd Canol sy'n cyfleu safbwyntiau gwleidyddol cyfoes trwy gynrychioliadau o'r gorffennol Cymreig. Rwyf wedi gwneud ymchwil helaeth ar y traddodiad o ysgrifennu achyddol Cymraeg, o'r cyfnod canoloesol cynnar i'r cyfnod modern cynnar, a hyn yw pwnc fy llyfr. Ar hyn o bryd Cydymaith Ymchwil ydw i, yn gweithio ar y cerddi cynharaf yn y traddodiad Myrddin Cymraeg.
