Rwyf hefyd yn Gymrawd Ymchwil Ymweld yn yr Adran Cyfrifeg a Chyllid yn Ysgol Reoli Prifysgol Caerhirfryn, yn Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch, yn aelod o Gymdeithas Cyllid America (AFA), Cymdeithas Cyllid Ewrop (EFA) a'r Gymdeithas Rheoli Ariannol (FMA).
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil ym meysydd cyllid corfforaethol empirig, llywodraethu ac ymddygiad rheolaethol. Mae fy ymchwil gyfredol yn canolbwyntio ar wrthdaro asiantaethau a'r trosglwyddiadau cyfoeth sy'n dilyn mewn cwmnïau sydd mewn trallod ariannol, ar rôl mecanweithiau llywodraethu corfforaethol wrth liniaru gwrthdaro asiantaethau ac ar effaith byrddau a rhwydweithiau bwrdd wrth ddylanwadu ar wneud penderfyniadau corfforaethol.
