Overview

From 1995 to 2013 Paul Blyton was Professor of Industrial Relations and Industrial Sociology at Cardiff Business School.

During that period he also held Visiting Professorships at the Universities of Melbourne and Deakin University in Australia, and the University of Victoria, BC Canada. From 2004 -2012 he was a Research Associate in the ESRC Centre for Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS) at Cardiff University. He has also acted as an expert Advisor to the OECD, the ILO and the International Metalworkers’ Federation. He is now an Emeritus Professor at Cardiff University.
