Overview

I am a PhD student within the MMI group under the supervision of Professor Eshwar Mahemnthiralingam and Dr Cedric Berger and Dr Julian Forton.

My PhD project aims to develop and evaluate quantitative molecular and immunological methods that can be applied to sputum, with overall aim of understanding how cystic fibrosis lung infections evolve and ultimately become chronic and highly resistant to antibiotic therapy.
