Research

Research to date has spanned across cyber psychology, decision-making and persuasion, robotics, cognitive decline and appearance. Laura's research interests are largely within human-computer and human-robot interaction, cognitive processes during human decision making and methods of persuasion.    Laura is a member of the Human Factors Excellence Research Group within the School of Psychology at Cardiff University and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

As an undergraduate, Laura obtained a first class BSc (Hons) Psychology degree with the University of the West of England - Bristol, receiving the British Psychological Society Undergraduate Award for the highest overall degree mark within her program.
