Overview
Project Overview
I am currently working towards a PhD in Applied Mathematics where I am focused on developing multiscale models of mammary organoids to optimise their industrial production. In particular, I am interested in how the structure of the tissue influences intracellular behaviour and intercellular communication, and the factors imposing robust signalling patterns in dynamic tissue morphologies. To analyse such behaviour, I consider graph and control theory concepts coupled to nonlinear systems to understand the bifurcation and stability landscape of signal expression.
