Overview

Research interests

Innovative and enabling technologies-based research topics are preferred with broad applications that are beneficial for the scientific community (industry & academia) and welfare of society.

Modern Synthetic Chemistry

To derive value-added chemicals under green & sustainable conditions based on renewable energy resources to maximise atom economy using modern synthetic tools and enabling strategies such as electrocatalysis, microfluidic devices, photocatalysis and digital chemistry.

Supramolecular Chemistry

Molecular recognition of anions, cations and biomolecules or drugs via non-covalent interactions in aqueous and organic media at physiological pH using small molecules, nanomaterial and fluorescent probes. Supramolecular complexations are supported with theorical calculations.
