Biography
I worked as a newspaper journalist before joining the BBC as a news trainee.
I worked as a producer on Wales Today for five years and then trained as a studio director.
I produced Front Row and Night Waves for network Radio Arts. I shot and edited a number of my own TV documentaries and, as series editor for Week in Week Out on BBC Wales, I was responsible for around fifty half hour current affairs documentaries.
I spent eighteen months working as a trainer for the BBC World Service Trust in Russia and India and then worked as a broadcast journalism trainer in countries ranging from Albania to Sri Lanka.
More recently I have worked as a studio director on The Wales Report for BBC Wales and as a producer on Crimewatch Roadshow for BBC1.
I continue to produce and write live radio programmes for BBC Wales, working with presenters including Alex Jones, Jo Page and Michael Sheen.
