Overview
My research centres around the impact of human resource policies and practices on a range of employee and organisational outcomes, including employee well-being, financial performance, skills and the gender pay gap. The approach builds on a predominantly economic view of the workplace and deploys a range of statistical techniques to examine large data-sets, particularly the British Workplace Employment Relations Surveys.
