Rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil yn y Ganolfan Ymchwil Gofal Cymdeithasol i Oedolion (CARE) a'r Ganolfan Datblygu, Gwerthuso, Cymhlethdod a Gweithredu mewn Gwella Iechyd y Cyhoedd (DECIPHer) ac ar hyn o bryd yn gweithio ar draws dwy astudiaeth:
- Positive Futures, archwiliad o brofiadau o heneiddio gyda HIV;
- SERENA, astudiaeth gymharol aml-wlad sy'n anelu at wella mynediad at wasanaethau i blant sydd wedi profi cam-drin neu esgeulustod (Co-Investigator).
Cyn hyn, roeddwn i'n gweithio yng Nghanolfan Ymchwil a Datblygu Gofal Cymdeithasol Plant (CASCADE) ar brosiectau amrywiol, gan gynnwys:
- Heddlu mewn Ystafelloedd Dosbarth, treial effeithiolrwydd o ymyrraeth wers PSHE a gyflwynwyd gan yr heddlu mewn ysgolion uwchradd;
- Gwerthusiad annibynnol o Wasanaeth Ymyrraeth Gynnar Troseddau Cyfundrefnol Difrifol Gweithredu ar gyfer Plant;
- Gwerthusiad proses Peilot Incwm Sylfaenol Cymru;
- Cyd-gynhyrchu Pecyn Cymorth Ymarferwyr Diogelu Cymhleth Cymru ar gyfer ymateb gwasanaeth effeithiol i wella canlyniadau pobl ifanc sydd mewn perygl o gamfanteisio troseddol ar blant (CCE).
Yn ddiweddar, fe wnes i hefyd arwain adolygiad tystiolaeth ar wneud elw mewn gofal preswyl a maeth plant.
Roedd fy ymchwil PhD (a gwblhawyd yn 2021) yn archwilio cynhyrchiad cydweithredol parciau trefol fel mannau dinesig cyffredin, gan ganolbwyntio ar gyfarfyddiadau rhyngweithiol rhwng Ceidwaid y Parc ac aelodau o'r cyhoedd yng Nghaerdydd. Ariannwyd y gwaith hwn gan y Cyngor Ymchwil Economaidd a Chymdeithasol.
Rwy'n Gymrawd o'r Sefydliad Arloesi Diogelwch, Troseddu a Cudd-wybodaeth (SCIII), yn un o sylfaenwyr Grŵp Ymchwil Ethnomethodoleg, Ethnograffeg, Rhyngweithio a Siarad Caerdydd (CEEIT), ac yn gyd-gynullydd Grŵp Ethnograffeg Caerdydd. Rwyf hefyd yn weithgar yn y Grŵp Datblygu Ymchwil Ieuenctid, Cymdeithas a Risg yn CASCADE.
