Rwy'n gymdeithasegydd ac yn academydd nyrsio sydd â diddordebau ymchwil mewn nyrsio, sefydliad gwaith gofal iechyd, a gwella gwasanaethau.    
 
 
 
Mae gen i arbenigedd mewn dulliau ymchwil ethnograffig a'r defnydd o ddamcaniaethau cymdeithasegol wrth ddatblygu mewnwelediadau ymarfer a hyrwyddo gwyddoniaeth gwelliant mewn iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol.  
 
 
 
Mae fy ymchwil yn cynnwys astudiaethau ethnograffig sylfaenol o ffenomenau sefydliadol, rhaglen hir sefydlog o ymchwil ar waith nyrsio, a phrosiectau ymchwil cymhwysol ar raddfa fawr. Mae hyn yn cynnwys gwaith ar flaen y gad o ran dulliau newydd o synthesis tystiolaeth, datblygiadau methodolegol wrth ddatblygu, gweithredu a gwerthuso ymyriadau cymhleth sy'n ddamcaniaethol wybodus, a datblygu theori.

Rwy'n arwain yr Astudiaeth Pro-Judge, a ariennir gan Sefydliad RCN, sy'n dadansoddi'r defnydd o farn broffesiynol mewn penderfyniadau staff nyrsio.

Rwy'n arwain y gwaith o ddatblygu offeryn sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth sydd wedi'i gynllunio i asesu, mesur a chynllunio cydrannau sefydliadol gwaith nyrsio (TRACT), a ariennir gan Wobrau Cyfrif Accerlerator Effaith ESRC.  

Rwy'n arwain prosiect sydd wedi'i gynllunio i ddatblygu llwyfan addysgol gan ddefnyddio'r technolegau digidol diweddaraf i integreiddio i baratoi ffurfiol addysg nyrsio ar gyfer cydrannau sefydliadol y rôl nyrsio.  

Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n ysgrifennu'r gwerslyfr cyntaf erioed ar theori ac ymarfer rheoli llwybrau gofal.

Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n ysgrifennu monograff ethnograffig ar drosglwyddiadau gofal cleifion ar draws llwybr torri clun, yn seiliedig ar ymchwil a wnaed fel Cymrodoriaeth Gwella Sefydliad Iechyd.
