Trosolwyg
Dr Mohammad Alnajideen yw Rheolwr y Ganolfan Ragoriaeth ar Dechnolegau Amonia (CEAT) ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd. Mae ganddo fwy na 15 mlynedd o brofiad mewn Ymchwil a Datblygu Ynni Adnewyddadwy, sy'n rhychwantu'r byd academaidd a diwydiant. Mae gan Dr Alnajideen swydd nodedig fel Cydymaith Ymchwil EPSRC-UKRI ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd, lle mae'n arwain ymdrechion Ymchwil a Datblygu arloesol ym maes Systemau Ynni Adnewyddadwy a Thanwydd Ynni Amgen.
Gwasanaethodd fel Peiriannydd Ynni a Pherfformiad, Cydbwysedd Gweithredwr Tyrbinau Planhigion a Nwy mewn diwydiant, yn ogystal â Darlithydd ac Athro Cynorthwyol mewn Peirianneg Ynni Adnewyddadwy yn y brifysgol. Mae profiad ymarferol yn ymestyn i weithio'n helaeth gyda gweithfeydd pŵer nwy, stêm a chyfun, peiriannau hylosgi mewnol, generaduron adfer gwres gwastraff, a systemau thermodrydanol solar, ffotofoltäig a thermodrydanol.
Ar flaen y gad ym maes arloesi, mae Dr. Alnajideen yn sianelu ei arbenigedd i ôl-osod cymwysiadau thermol presennol, tyrbin jet a nwy, a thechnolegau injan hylosgi mewnol i ddarparu ar gyfer cyfuniadau tanwydd sero-net amgen fel amonia a hydrogen. Mae ei weledigaeth wedi'i gwreiddio wrth ysgogi systemau peirianneg uwch a chysyniadau arloesol i actualise cylchoedd pŵer thermodynamig sy'n cael eu pweru gan gymysgedd amonia a hydrogen.
Gyda tapestri cyfoethog o brofiad sy'n rhychwantu'r byd academaidd a diwydiant, mae Dr. Alnajideen yn dod i'r amlwg fel luminary mewn ymchwil Systemau Ynni Solar, yn enwedig mewn meysydd fel Concentrator Photovoltaic, Solar Thermal, a Thermoelectrics. Nid yw ei allu yn gyfyngedig i fod yn ymchwilydd yn unig; Mae wedi gwisgo hetiau lluosog fel peiriannydd, darlithydd prifysgol uchel ei barch, a dylunydd medrus.
Mae Dr. Alnajideen yn parhau i ymchwilio'n ddyfnach i gymhlethdodau Systemau Ynni, gan ganolbwyntio'n frwd ar Systemau thermodynamig, Peiriannau Nwy, Ffotofoltäig Concentrator (CPVs), Solar Thermoelectric, a Thermoelectrics. Mae ei wybodaeth helaeth yn cwmpasu disgyblaethau amrywiol, gan gynnwys Opteg, Deunyddiau Ffilm Thin, Deunyddiau Ynni, Trosglwyddo Gwres, Rheoli Prosiectau, a Graddnodi Offerynnau ar gyfer Solar Thermoelectrics, Ffotofoltäig a Thermoelectrics.
