Yn fwy penodol, fy niddordebau ymchwil yw:-
- Ymchwilio i mecano-reoleiddio microRNAs mewn cartilag artiffisial.
- Ymchwilio pam mai dim ond o ganlyniad i drawma mecanyddol blaenorol y mae osteoarthritis yn datblygu yn datblygu.
- Egluro rôl y cytosgerbwd chondrocyte, yn enwedig y ffilamentau canolradd vimentin (Ffigur 2), wrth synhwyro llwyth mecanyddol, a sut mae'r rhwydweithiau mewngellol hyn yn trosglwyddo signalau mecanyddol i ymateb biocemegol mewn cartilag artiffisial.
- Delineating rôl y llwybrau WNT canonaidd ac anganonaidd wrth drawsgludo signalau mecanyddol mewn cartilag artiffisial.
