Rwy'n ymchwilydd ôl-raddedig, yn gweithio ar nodweddu dyfeisiau optegol ar gyfer telesgopau is-filimetr ac rwy'n cael fy ngoruchwylio gan yr Athro Carole Tucker a'r Athro Erminia Calabrese. Dechreuais fy mhrosiect PhD ym mis Hydref 2019 ar ôl cael fy MPhys mewn Astroffiseg ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd.
Rwy'n aelod o Gydweithrediad Arsyllfa Simon (SO) ac o'r herwydd mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar ddyfeisiau a gynlluniwyd ar gyfer arsylwi ymbelydredd Cefndir Microdon Cosmig (CMB), fel platiau hanner tonnau saffir (HWPs). Y prif nod yw gallu mesur a chymharu dyfeisiau â modelau i weld faint y maent yn gwyro o'r proffil disgwyliedig ac i fwydo hyn trwy'r biblinell ddadansoddi o fewn y cydweithrediad.
