Trosolwyg
Rwy'n gweithio ar y Prosiect Adeiladu Gwerth Cymdeithasol a Gwaith Teg yn WISERD, gan ganolbwyntio ar sut y gall sefydliadau adeiladu a sefydliadau cymdeithas sifil gydweithio i greu gwerth cymdeithasol i gymunedau yng Nghymru. Mae fy ymchwil yn archwilio effaith Deddf Partneriaeth Gymdeithasol a Chaffael Cyhoeddus (Cymru) ar fynediad cymunedau ymylol at gyfleoedd addysg, hyfforddiant a chyflogaeth yn y diwydiant adeiladu.
Mae fy ymchwil yn archwilio creu a mesur gwerth cymdeithasol. Yn ddiweddar, fe wnes i gyd-ysgrifennu astudiaeth enillion cymdeithasol ar fuddsoddiad (SROI) a oedd yn archwilio sut y gwnaeth adeiladu gefnogi cyflogaeth helpu pobl ifanc sydd mewn perygl o gael mynediad i gyflogaeth ddigartrefedd.
Cyn hynny, gweithiais ar y Prosiect Eithrio Bywydau, a oedd yn rhoi golwg gynhwysfawr ar arferion a pholisïau eithrio ysgolion ledled y DU.
