Trosolwyg
Ar ôl gweithio fel gweithiwr cymdeithasol cymwys am saith mlynedd, symudais draw i addysg uwch yn 2014, a chefais fy mhenodi'n Ddarlithydd mewn Gwaith Cymdeithasol yn 2018. Treuliwyd y rhan fwyaf o'm hamser yn ymarfer yn Ysbyty Plant Cymru. Cwblheais fy Doethuriaeth Broffesiynol mewn Gwaith Cymdeithasol yn 2018, a oedd yn seiliedig ar astudiaeth ethnograffig o dîm gwaith cymdeithasol ysbyty, y canolbwyntiodd ei waith ar gynllunio rhyddhau pobl hŷn. Roedd y gwaith hwn yn sail i fy llyfr cyntaf, Critical Hospital Social Work Practice, a gyhoeddwyd gan Routledge yn 2020. Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn cynnwys gwaith cymdeithasol gyda phobl hŷn, ymarfer seiliedig ar hawliau a chynllunio gofal. Rwy'n addysgu'n bennaf ar yr MASW, ac yn aelod o'r Uwch Dîm Tiwtor Personol, sy'n cefnogi rhaglen tiwtora personol yr ysgol ac yn darparu gwell cefnogaeth fugeiliol i fyfyrwyr.
