Trosolwyg
Rwy'n unigolyn dibynadwy a rhagweithiol gyda chefndir ymchwil eang a phrofiad cynhwysfawr mewn rheoli prosiectau, cyflwyno gweithredol, rheoli tîm ac arloesi trwy gyd-ddatblygu ac ymgysylltu. Rwy'n cyflwyno cydweithrediadau a rhwydweithiau gwaith sefydledig ar draws y diwydiant, y sector cyhoeddus a'r trydydd sector.
Roeddwn i'n rheoli Cyflymydd Arloesi Clinigol Caerdydd, rhaglen Cyflymu ERDF (2018-2023). Rwyf hefyd yn cefnogi gweithgareddau rheoli prosiectau, datblygu strategol, a gweithredu CIH, gan ddarparu'r prif gyswllt rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a phartneriaid. Mae Barbara yn cefnogi mentrau yn y Bartneriaeth Arloesi Clinigol rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a'r Fro, ac mae hon yn biblinell hanfodol ar gyfer gweithgareddau a phrosiectau arloesi clinigol. Barbara yw arweinydd arloesi a busnes ym Mhentre Awel - menter Iechyd a Lles yn Llanelli.

Bywgraffiad
Barbara yw Rheolwr y Ganolfan Arloesi Clinigol (CIH) yn yr Ysgol Meddygaeth, Prifysgol Caerdydd. Mae'n cefnogi gweithgareddau rheoli prosiect cyffredinol, datblygu strategol a gweithredu CIH, gan ddarparu'r prif gyswllt rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a'r partneriaid Accelerate. Mae Barbara yn cefnogi mentrau yn y Bartneriaeth Arloesi Clinigol rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a'r Fro, ac mae hon yn biblinell hanfodol ar gyfer gweithgareddau a phrosiectau arloesi clinigol. Cwblhaodd Barbara ei MPhil ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd gyda gyrfa ymchwil yn rhychwantu electroffisioleg sianeli potasiwm yn Alzheimer, ocsid nitrig mewn vasodilation a ceulo a llid (peritoneal a sepsis). Fel ymarferydd PRINCE 2, mae rheoli prosiectau wedi cynnwys gwobrau UTA Wellcome ac fel y Gweinyddwr Allbynnau ar gyfer Fframwaith Rhagoriaeth Ymchwil (REF 2014), Ysgol Meddygaeth.
Barbara yw rheolwr prosiect y Cyflymydd Arloesi Clinigol (CIA) yn yr Ysgol Meddygaeth, Prifysgol Caerdydd. Gyda chefnogaeth tîm ymroddedig o 17, mae'r CIA yn arbenigo mewn mabwysiadu prosiectau arloesol clinigol neu sy'n canolbwyntio ar gleifion trwy ddarparu cefnogaeth drwy arbenigedd y GIG, academaidd a menter, cydweithio ac ymgysylltu. Mae gwybodaeth wyddonol eang y tîm, ynghyd ag arbenigedd clinigol, iechyd, busnes, cyfreithiol, diwydiannol ac academaidd yn galluogi sgôpio, archwilio helaeth drwy wneud y mwyaf o botensial a datblygiad prosiectau i drawsnewid iechyd a gofal cleifion tra'n cefnogi twf economaidd Cymru.
