Stephen works as an Admin & Finance Assistant on the Media Cymru project. Acting as first point of contact for all funded projects, Stephen also provides financial and administrative support for the wider Creative Economy Unit Team and also works on the International Fellowship arm of the Media Cymru project.
Mae Stephen yn gweithio fel Cynorthwy-ydd Gweinyddol a Chyllid ar y prosiect Media Cymru. Gan weithredu fel pwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer yr holl brosiectau a ariennir, mae Stephen hefyd yn cynnig cefnogaeth ariannol a gweinyddol i’r Tîm Uned Economi Greadigol ehangach ac mae hefyd yn gweithio ar gangen Cymrodoriaeth Ryngwladol y prosiect Media Cymru.
Bywgraffiad
Stephen graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2004 with a degree in Media & Print Journalism before living and working in West Yorkshire until 2013, mainly within a project management environment. Stephen has worked on several EU funded projects over the years and also spent approximately 18 months working as an ESL teacher in Hangzhou, China. Returning to the UK, Stephen spent just over two years working for the British Council before joining Cardiff University in October 2019 to join the Creative Economy Unit on the Clwstwr project.
Graddiodd Stephen o Brifysgol Huddersfield yn 2004 gyda gradd mewn Newyddiaduraeth Cyfryngau a Phrint cyn byw a gweithio yng Ngorllewin Swydd Efrog tan 2013, yn bennaf o fewn amgylchedd rheoli prosiectau. Mae Stephen wedi gweithio ar sawl prosiect a ariennir gan yr UE dros y blynyddoedd a hefyd wedi treulio tua 18 mis yn gweithio fel athro ESL yn Hangzhou, Tsieina. Ar ôl dychwelyd i'r DU, treuliodd Stephen ychydig dros ddwy flynedd yn gweithio i'r British Council cyn ymuno â Phrifysgol Caerdydd ym mis Hydref 2019 i ymuno â’r Uned Economi Greadigol ar y prosiect Clwstwr.
