Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Rheolwr Treialon Ymchwil ac Ymarferwyr Ymchwil sy'n gweithio yn y Ganolfan Ymchwil Treialon yn y Brifysgol. Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar weithio gyda phoblogaethau clinigol i reoli symptomau, gwella ansawdd bywyd ac oedi dilyniant clefydau, trwy ymarfer corff, maeth a byw'n iach. Mae'r rhan fwyaf o'm hymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar Osteoarthritis Pen-glin a Diabetes Math 1, ond rwy'n chwilio'n barhaus am gyfleoedd i ehangu fy maes gwaith i boblogaethau clinigol eraill. Cwblheais fy MSc drwy Ymchwil ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe yn 2018 a oedd yn canolbwyntio ar bennu cywirdeb Monitro Glwcos Rhyng-sitol o amgylch ymarfer corff mewn unigolion â Diabetes Math 1. Yna es i ymlaen i gwblhau fy PhD yn 2023 yn yr Adran Iechyd, ym Mhrifysgol Caerfaddon a oedd yn canolbwyntio ar effecst llesol maeth ac ymarfer corff ar symptomau clinigol a llid mewn osteoarthitis pen-glin. Ar hyn o bryd fi yw'r Rheolwr Treial ar gyfer astudiaeth TIPTOE ac rwy'n gweithio ar Gais Cymrodoriaeth ar gyfer Treial Gweithredu Effeithiolrwydd Hybrid gyda phoblogaethau MSK.
