Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Ddarllenydd mewn Nyrsio Iechyd Meddwl gydag arbenigedd yn iechyd meddwl plant a phobl ifanc. Rwy'n mwynhau addysgu a goruchwylio myfyrwyr israddedig ac ôl-raddedig ac ar hyn o bryd mae gennyf y gallu i fyfyrwyr doethurol newydd sydd â diddordeb mewn naill ai iechyd meddwl neu ddulliau ansoddol. Rwyf hefyd wedi hyfforddi mewn therapi teulu systemig a CBT.
Roedd fy PhD yn astudiaeth ymchwil weithredol gyda gwasanaeth iechyd meddwl plant lleol lle buom yn gweithio gyda'n gilydd i leihau eu rhestr aros anfoddhaol ar gyfer eu gwasanaeth, gan ddefnyddio model brysbennu pwrpasol (http://www.fons.org/library/journal/volume4-issue1/article7).

Ymchwil
Rwy'n ymchwilydd ansoddol profiadol gydag arbenigedd methodolegol mewn methodoleg astudiaethau achos, ymchwil weithredol a dulliau ethnograffig a dyfarnwyd gwobr Ymchwil mewn Nyrsio RCN (Cymru) yn 2017. Mae fy ngwaith ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar drefnu a darparu gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl i blant a phobl ifanc. Gellir gweld crynodeb o ddau brosiect allweddol Glasbrint ac Argyfwng CAMH yma.
Roedd Blueprint yn brosiect a ariannwyd gan y Rhaglen Ymchwil Gwasanaethau Iechyd a Chyflenwi NIHR, a oedd yn edrych ar wasanaethau i blant a phobl ifanc â phroblemau iechyd meddwl cyffredin: https://www.journalslibrary.nihr.ac.uk/programmes/hsdr/170908
Roedd Argyfwng CAMH yn synthesis tystiolaeth sy'n ymchwilio i sut mae gwasanaethau'n cael eu darparu ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc rhwng 5 a 25 oed sy'n profi argyfyngau iechyd meddwl. Mae croeso i chi weld yr animeiddiad a ddatblygwyd o'r astudiaeth honno: https://youtu.be/awgTJGK21Is
Mae astudiaethau cyfredol yn cynnwys DiVERT CAMH Crisis2 a Gwaith Ieuenctid mewn Iechyd
Mae gen i ddiddordeb hefyd mewn cynnal adolygiadau systematig, ac rydw i wedi cael fy hyfforddi mewn dulliau Sefydliad Joanna Briggs. Mae enghraifft o adolygiad wedi'i gwblhau a gomisiynwyd gan Goleg Brenhinol y Seiciatryddion yma: https://journals.lww.com/jbisrir/Fulltext/2018/10000/Admission_and_discharge_criteria_for_adolescents.2.aspx
Addysgu
Rwy'n cyfrannu at y rhaglen nyrsio israddedig, gan ddysgu materion iechyd meddwl plant yn benodol, dulliau seicotherapiwtig, defnyddio tystiolaeth mewn dulliau iechyd ac ymchwil. Rwyf hefyd yn goruchwylio traethodau hir. Rwy'n mwynhau addysgu mewn grwpiau bach a hwyluso sesiynau dysgu drwy brofiad i fyfyrwyr nyrsio iechyd meddwl gaffael ac ymarfer eu sgiliau sydd eu hangen yn fawr ar gyfer ymarfer clinigol.
Ar lefel ôl-raddedig, rwy'n goruchwylio traethodau hir MSc: adolygiadau systematig a phrosiectau seiliedig ar waith. Gall hyn fod ar draws y maes pwnc. Rwyf hefyd yn arwain modiwl doethuriaeth broffesiynol: Meddwl systemau: gweithio ac arwain mewn sefydliadau cymhleth.
