Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n Gydymaith Ymchwil sy'n gweithio yn nhîm PHIRST Insight yn DECIPHer.
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn amrywiol ond yn cynnwys
- Seicoleg Iechyd
- ymddygiadau iechyd, yn enwedig yn ystod beichiogrwydd e.e. gweithgarwch corfforol, deiet, ysmygu a chymryd alcohol
- Iechyd a lles mamau
- Iechyd a lles babanod a phlant
Mae gen i radd israddedig mewn Seicoleg a gradd Meistr mewn Seicoleg Iechyd o Brifysgol Caerfaddon. Ariannwyd fy PhD gan DTP Biomed MRC GW4 ac fe'i gwnaed ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd. Roedd hyn yn cynnwys gweithio gyda charfan geni hydredol Grown in Wales i ymchwilio i ddylanwad ymddygiad iechyd mamau yn ystod beichiogrwydd ar iechyd a datblygiad mamau a babanod.
Byddwn yn awyddus i gydweithio ag unrhyw un sydd â diddordebau ymchwil tebyg.
