Trosolwyg
Mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar sut y gellir cyfuno a dadansoddi'r ffrwydrad o ddata sy'n cael ei gasglu a'i gynhyrchu gan ymchwilwyr, treialon clinigol a'r GIG i yrru datblygiadau mewn opsiynau triniaeth i gleifion yn ogystal â hyrwyddo ein dealltwriaeth wyddonol o glefydau.
I wneud hyn mae angen nifer o dechnolegau a thechnegau sy'n sail i hyn, felly mae gen i arbenigedd mewn dylunio, defnyddio a rheoli seilwaith cyfrifiadura perfformiad uchel (gan gynnwys dadansoddiad GPU) a storio data ar raddfa petabyte yn ogystal â'r technegau biowybodeg ac AI sydd eu hangen i ddadansoddi a thynnu gwybodaeth o setiau data patholeg genomeg, trawsgrifiomig, radiomig a digidol.
Mae fy ngwaith presennol yn canolbwyntio ar fanteisio ar y cyfleoedd y gall Amgylcheddau Ymchwil Dibynadwy eu datgloi i ddod â data a gasglwyd at ei gilydd ar gyfer claf sengl yn ystod eu taith driniaeth a sut y gallwn wedyn gymhwyso technegau dysgu peiriannau i ddatgloi gwybodaeth o'r setiau data rhyng-gysylltiedig hyn.
