Trosolwyg
I am a part time Teaching Associate for School of Computer Science and Informatics which includes work at the National Software Academy. I support modules that complement my industry experience including Software Engineering, DevOps and Software Development Skills among others.
I am currently undertaking a part-time PhD which combines many of my research interests. My PhD is a Human Centered Computing (HCC) project covering how to improve the accessibility of art for people with low vision using Augmented Reality (AR). My supervisors are Dr Parisa Eslambolchilar, Professor Yukun Lai and Professor Tom Margrain.
Ymchwil
Mae fy niddordebau ymchwil yn cynnwys Cyfrifiadura Ganolog Dynol (HCC), Realiti Estynedig a Rhithwir (AR a VR), Hygyrchedd (yn benodol ar gyfer pobl â golwg isel), Profiad Defnyddwyr (UX) a thechnolegau sy'n dod i'r amlwg.
Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n gwneud PhD, dan oruchwyliaeth yr Athro Yukun Lai a'r Athro Tom Margrain. Mae'n ymdrin â sut i wella hygyrchedd celf i bobl sydd â golwg isel gan ddefnyddio AR.
Mae ymchwil flaenorol yn ymdrin â gweithio gyda rhyngwynebau cyffyrddol a sain ar gyfer pobl sydd â golwg isel ym Mhrifysgol Gorllewin Lloegr mewn cydweithrediad â Dr Benedict Gaster, yr Athro Carinna Parraman, a Fabio D'Agnano.

I support and lead subjects like computational thinking, software engineering/development skills, DevOps and service management. I also support drop-in sessions for all students on any topics, as well as our asynchronous online forums.
Bywgraffiad
With a over decade of experience in the software development industry, I have been a key player for improving cross-departmental collaboration and providing creative solutions to improve services.
My experience includes software design and development, technical support, data analysis and departmental relationship building.
I focus my technical skills around user experience (UX), universal design, human-computer interaction (HCI) and Augmented Reality (AR).
I have worked with education and training, both formal and informal, for most of my adult life through Scouting, internal training, a variety of formats in secondary schools and universities.
