Ymunodd Dr Hammond-Browning ag Ysgol y Gyfraith Caerdydd yn 2019. Mae ymchwil Natasha mewn cyfraith gofal iechyd yn arbenigo mewn technolegau atgenhedlu a materion dechrau bywyd, ar hyn o bryd rheoleiddio a moeseg trawsblaniadau groth (croch). Mae Natasha wedi cyhoeddi ar wahanol agweddau ar drawsblannu groth gan gynnwys meini prawf dethol i gael mynediad at dreialon clinigol, sefydlu cofrestrfa ar gyfer trawsblannu groth, a mynediad i drawsblaniadau groth a'r gweithle. Mae Natasha yn gyd-olygydd ac yn gyfrannwr i 'International Legal and Ethical Aspects of Uterus Transplantation' sydd i ddod ym mis Awst 2024 (Edward Elgar). Mae Natasha hefyd yn aelod o'r Gymdeithas Ryngwladol ar gyfer Trawsblannu Uterus (ISUTx) ac yn gydweithredwr gyda thîm clinigol y DU, Womb Transplant UK.
Mae Natasha yn ddarlithydd brwdfrydig a phrofiadol, yn addysgu ar y Cwrs Agweddau Cyfreithiol LLM ar Ymarfer Meddygol ac mae hefyd yn arweinydd ar y cyd modiwl ac yn ddarlithydd ar gyfer y cwrs Cyfraith Tir Israddedig.
Natasha yw Cyfarwyddwr Astudio Dramor y Gyfraith, Tiwtor Cyswllt ICADE (Madrid) a Phrifysgol Florida.
