Ymchwil
Mae fy niddordeb mewn ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu arweinyddiaeth yn y gweithlu gofal iechyd a sut mae hyn yn effeithio ar ddarparu ac ansawdd gofal cleifion. Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn theori ac ymarfer arweinyddiaeth sy'n seiliedig ar werthoedd, a sut mae hyn yn dylanwadu ar ddiwylliannau mewn amgylcheddau gofal iechyd ac rwy'n anelu at drosi tystiolaeth yn ymarferol trwy lywio gwaith ymarferwyr gofal iechyd, academyddion a pholisi. Mae gen i ddiddordeb mewn deall sut mae arweinwyr gofal iechyd wedi dewis mynd i'r afael ag arweinyddiaeth yn ystod y pandemig presennol a sut mae hyn wedi effeithio ar gleifion a staff.
Yn ddiweddar , arweiniais brosiect ymchwil a ariannwyd gan y GNCT, gan archwilio profiadau Cyfarwyddwyr Gweithredol Nyrsio yn sgil Covid-19: nodi blaenoriaethau a chamau gweithredu ar gyfer adferiad a dysgu o'r pandemig yn y dyfodol.
Rwy'n ymchwilydd ansoddol ac mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig yn y defnydd o ymchwilio naratif a methodolegau gweledol fel elicitation ffotograffig. Roedd fy ymchwil doethurol yn canolbwyntio ar brofiadau a chanfyddiadau o arweinyddiaeth, o fyfyrwyr nyrsio, academyddion ac uwch nyrsys gan ddefnyddio ymchwiliad naratif ac elicitation ffotograffig.
Yn ogystal â bod yn nyrs gofrestredig, rwyf hefyd wedi gweithio o fewn ymchwil glinigol mewn geneteg osteoporosis, dementia a chlefyd Cretzfeldt Jacob.
