I teach on the Employment Relations (Year 2 undergraduate) module BS 2534, and am module leader for:

I supervise postgraduate dissertations in the field of employment relations, with a particular focus on labour conditions, organisation and labour rights in the international setting.

Mae ei hymchwil a'i haddysgu yn ymwneud yn bennaf â hawliau llafur, cyfiawnder cymdeithasol a chysylltiadau diwydiannol mewn cadwyni cyflenwi byd-eang, gyda ffocws penodol ar y sector dilledyn rhyngwladol. Mae'n Gydymaith Llafur Tu ôl i'r Label a'r Ymgyrch Dillad Glân ac mae wedi cyfrannu at ystod o adroddiadau ymarferwyr mewn cydweithrediad ag undebau llafur yn ogystal â llyfrau academaidd a chyhoeddiadau cyfnodolion yn ei maes.
