Enillodd Antonios ei PhD o Brifysgol Sussex, ac mae ei ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar IPOs, adrodd ariannol, datgelu corfforaethol, a llywodraethu corfforaethol. Mae ei waith wedi'i gyhoeddi mewn cyfnodolion rhyngwladol blaenllaw, gan gynnwys y Journal of Corporate Finance, British Journal of Management, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Business Research, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, a Finance Research Letters. Mae ei ymchwil wedi derbyn cyllid gan yr Academi Brydeinig ac Ymddiriedolaeth Leverhulme ac mae wedi ymddangos mewn allfeydd amlwg fel Fforwm Ysgol y Gyfraith Harvard ar Lywodraethu Corfforaethol, Oxford Business Law Blog ac Open Secrets (sefydliad mwyaf blaenllaw yr Unol Daleithiau sy'n ymroddedig i ymchwilio a hyrwyddo tryloywder mewn arian mewn gwleidyddiaeth).
Ymhellach, mae wedi cronni profiad addysgu pwysig ym meysydd rheoli ariannol, dadansoddi ariannol a dulliau ymchwil. Ar hyn o bryd, mae'n addysgu modiwlau israddedig ac ôl-raddedig.
