Trosolwyg

My role is to work with external organisations to understand their learning needs and to then design education programmes which meet their requirements. In order to achieve this, I have an excellent knowledge of the extensive and varied expertise of the School's academic faculty. My team organise lots of opportunities for the wider business community to engage with the Business School and University and we're always interested in working with external partners to learn more about each other.

I joined the School in 2005 as a Senior Researcher within the Lean Enterprise Research Centre.  There I worked on numerous lean projects in hospitals, universities and public and private services.  My lean work specialises in helping to develop the knowledge and self sufficiency of Continuous Improvement teams and I worked with the Ministry of Justice's Lean Academy, their Shared Service Centre in Newport, the Value for Money team in the Home Office, Legal and General, Principality Building Society and Nestle, to ensure that organisations approach lean in a holistic, sustainable way.

My passion is to explore the interconnection of lean concepts and tools, helping people to understand how all of the lean ideas, support and inform each other, bringing about the pursuit of organisational perfection.
