Fy swydd i yw cysylltu sefydliadau allanol â gwaith gwych Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Rydym yn awyddus i glywed am eich heriau a'ch llwyddiannau i weld sut y gallai ein hymchwil eich helpu chi a sut y gall eich profiadau lywio ein hymchwil. Mae gennym rwydwaith cymunedol busnes bywiog sy'n rhad ac am ddim i fod yn rhan ohono - ymunwch â ni i ddarganfod mwy!
Rwy'n arbenigwr mewn gwelliant darbodus a pharhaus, gan ymuno â'r Ysgol yn 2005 fel Uwch Ymchwilydd yn y Ganolfan Ymchwil Menter Darbodus. Yno gweithiais ar nifer o brosiectau darbodus mewn ysbytai, prifysgolion a gwasanaethau cyhoeddus a phreifat. Mae fy ngwaith darbodus yn arbenigo mewn helpu i ddatblygu gwybodaeth a hunangynhaliaeth timau Gwelliant Parhaus ac rwyf wedi gweithio gyda Nestlé, Academi Lean y Weinyddiaeth Gyfiawnder, eu Canolfan Gwasanaethau a Rennir yng Nghasnewydd, y tîm Gwerth am Arian yn y Swyddfa Gartref, Legal and General, Cymdeithas Adeiladu'r Principality, Hugh James ac yn fwyaf diweddar Thomas Carroll, i sicrhau bod sefydliadau'n mynd i'r afael â lean mewn ffordd holistig a chynaliadwy. Rwyf wrth fy modd yn gweithio gyda sefydliadau i'w helpu i gofleidio Gwelliant Parhaus a chymryd ymfalchïo mewn rhoi'r holl wybodaeth a'r hyder sydd eu hangen arnynt i fod yn hunangynhaliol.
Fy angerdd ymchwil yw archwilio rhyng-gysylltiad cysyniadau ac offer darbodus, gan helpu pobl i ddeall sut mae'r holl syniadau darbodus, yn cefnogi ac yn hysbysu ei gilydd ac i hefyd ddeall sut mae Gwelliant Parhaus yn parhau i esblygu.
