Mae ein Partneriaeth gyda'r GIG - Breast Test Wales, Ysbyty Athrofaol Cymru, ac Ysbyty Great Ormond Street - wedi arwain at ddatblygiadau ym maes deallusrwydd artiffisial a delweddu diagnostig. Model AI Top a ddatblygwyd ar gyfer "Predicting Radiolegwyr' Gaze in Mammogram Reading", a gyhoeddwyd mewn cyfnodolyn mawreddog IEEE.

Prosiect: Prosiect A05 Delwedd / Asesiad Ansawdd Fideo
Canolfan Ymchwil Cydweithredol, SFB-TRR 161 dulliau meintiol ar gyfer cyfrifiadura gweledol: o gronfeydd data prawf i fetrigau deinamig sy'n ymwybodol o debygrwydd a chanfyddiadol. Mae'r prosiect yn mynd i'r afael â dulliau ar gyfer asesu ansawdd gweledol awtomataidd a'u dilysu y tu hwnt i sgoriau barn cymedrig. Rydym yn cynnig gwella'r dulliau trwy gynnwys ymwybyddiaeth debygrwydd a dilyniannau symud llygaid a ragwelir, meintioli'r profiad gwylio canfyddiadol, a chymhwyso'r metrigau ar gyfer prosesu cyfryngau sy'n ymwybodol o ansawdd. Ar ben hynny, byddwn yn sefydlu a chymhwyso cronfeydd data cyfryngau sy'n amrywiol o ran cynnwys ac yn ddilys yn yr ystumiadau, yn wahanol i setiau data gwyddonol cyfredol.

Bydd partneriaid y Weinyddiaeth Iechyd a phrifysgolion yn cyd-gynhyrchu ymgyrchoedd ymwybyddiaeth hybu iechyd ar gyfer y Namibiaid mwyaf difreintiedig ac yna'n cyflwyno'r rhaglen frechu ei hun, gan drawsnewid degau o filoedd o fywydau.

Prosiect: Cefnogi anghenion cleifion Zambian sydd â HIV yn ystod pandemig COVID-19
Yn Zambia mae cleientiaid sy'n derbyn gwrth-retrovirals yn cael eu monitro'n rheolaidd ac felly buddiolwyr hygyrch o frechiad COVID-19. Bydd y prosiect hwn yn darparu gwell gofal COVID-19 ar gyfer cleientiaid HIV-positif, gydag ymyriadau mewn dwy dalaith: hyrwyddo iechyd iaith frodorol; canolfannau oergell brechlyn a chadwyn oer; Hyfforddiant brechu i weithwyr gofal iechyd sy'n rhoi clinigau gwrth-retrofirol a chlinigau COVID-hir.

Fi yw Arweinydd y Grŵp Ymchwil Cyfrifiadura Amlgyfrwng, Prifysgol Caerdydd. Graddiais o Brifysgol Caeredin, y Deyrnas Unedig, ac yna gweithiais yn yr Adran Systemau Deallus ym Mhrifysgol Technoleg Delft (TU Delft), Yr Iseldiroedd ar gyfer fy PhD ar Ddeallusrwydd Artiffisial Rhyngweithiol. Cyllidwyd fy ymchwil PhD gan Philips Research Laboratories. Rwy'n un o sylfaenwyr y Delft Image Quality Lab. Ers 2006, rwyf wedi bod yn gweithio'n agos gyda diwydiant i ddatblygu technolegau deallusrwydd gweledol y genhedlaeth nesaf. Arweiniais brosiect a ariannwyd gan Philips Research Laboratories a ddatblygodd algorithmau newydd ar gyfer asesu ansawdd y cyfryngau gweledol; a phrosiect a ariannwyd gan Philips Healthcare a oedd yn mynd i'r afael â nifer o faterion yn ymwneud â delweddu meddygol.
Fi yw Cyfarwyddwr Rhyngwladol yr Ysgol Cyfrifiadureg a Gwybodeg, Prifysgol Caerdydd. Rwy'n aelod o Uwch Dîm Rheoli yr Ysgol ac yn gyfrifol am ddatblygu, arwain a chyflwyno'r Strategaeth Ryngwladol ar gyfer yr Ysgol. Nod y prosiect yw datblygu technoleg i wneud unrhyw gamera fideo yn ymwybodol o'i ansawdd gweledol yn awtomatig. Mewn llawer o sefyllfaoedd, mae delweddau/fideos lluosog o'r un olygfa yn cael eu dal; Er enghraifft, fideos o'r un lleoliad a gymerwyd ar wahanol adegau, o wahanol safbwyntiau, gan ddefnyddio camerâu gwahanol, neu hyd yn oed ddefnyddio'r un camera gyda gosodiadau gwahanol. Er mwyn gwerthuso, monitro a gwneud y gorau o berfformiad y system, mae angen sgorio / cymharu delweddau o'r un olygfa o ran ansawdd gweledol.

Nod y prosiect yw datblygu modelau cyfrifiadurol a all ragweld perfformiad tasg y radiolegydd yn awtomatig ac yn ddibynadwy wrth ddehongli delweddau meddygol (ee, canfod llaeth). Bydd y modelau hyn yn cael eu defnyddio naill ai i gefnogi'r dynol i ychwanegu at effeithlonrwydd diagnostig, neu i hyfforddi'r dynol tuag at well cywirdeb diagnostig.

Asesiad ansawdd gweledol awtomatig yw'r allwedd ar gyfer optimeiddio systemau caffael delweddau / fideo, trosglwyddo, prosesu ac arddangos. Nod yr ymchwil yw deall a modelu yn well sut mae'r system weledol ddynol (HVS) yn canfod ystumiadau mewn signalau gweledol, a datblygu algorithmau ar gyfer asesu ansawdd gweledol gwrthrychol.
