Rwy'n addysgwr profiadol ac yn Uwch Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch (HEA) ar ôl ennill cymhwyster PGcUTL yn 2017. Rwy'n addysgu ac yn archwilio ar draws ffisiotherapi a modiwlau proffesiynol gofal iechyd eraill ar lefelau israddedig ac ôl-raddedig.
Mae gen i brofiad helaeth o arweinyddiaeth rhaglenni ac ysgolion gyfan, gan gynnwys ail-ddylunio a chymeradwyo'r cwricwlwm. Rwy'n arholwr allanol profiadol ac adolygydd allanol, ar ôl gweithio gyda nifer o brifysgolion ar lefel BSc ac MSc.
