Trosolwyg
Ar hyn o bryd mae Dr Abraham Nieva de la Hidalga yn cydweithio fel cydymaith ymchwil yng Nghanolfan Catalysis y DU. Ar hyn o bryd mae'n ymwneud â dylunio a datblygu Seilwaith Data Catalysis a mainc Gwaith Ymchwil Catalysis. Yn ogystal, mae'n cydweithio yn natblygiad Seilwaith Data y Gwyddorau Ffisegol a ariennir gan ESPRC, prosiect a arweinir gan Adran Gyfrifiadura Gwyddonol y Cyngor Cyfleusterau Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg.
Mae ei brif ddiddordebau ymchwil yn ymwneud â datblygu isadeileddau ymchwil uwch. Mewn prosiectau blaenorol, mae wedi gweithio i gefnogi Ymchwil Bioamrywiaeth (BioVeL), Digideiddio Casgliadau Hanes Naturiol (ICEDIG), Cemeg (UPP-Portal) a Seilweithiau Ymchwil Amgylcheddol (ENVRIplus).
Mae'n mynd ati i gydweithio ar brosiect ymchwil sy'n ymwneud â datblygu offer a llwyfannau ar gyfer e-wyddoniaeth, gwyddor data ac AI cymhwysol.

Ymchwil
O'm PhD a cafn fy ngwaith ôl-ddoethurol rwyf wedi bod yn aflonydd mewn gwahanol agweddau ar beirianneg meddalwedd.
Mae gen i ymchwil yn profi systemau busnes-oriented ar gyfer tendro electronig, hidlo e-bost ac offer cyfansoddiad llif gwaith defnyddiwr terfynol. Ym maes e-wyddoniaeth, rwyf wedi gwneud ymchwil mewn ystod eang o bynciau gan gynnwys peirianneg gofynion, datblygu cydrannau, creu rhyngwynebau defnyddwyr haws, dadansoddi dyluniad e-isadeileddau mawr a gwella arferion rheoli a phrosesu data.
Ar hyn o bryd mae gen i ddiddordeb mewn ymchwil am ddatblygu offer a llwyfannau ar gyfer e-wyddoniaeth, gwyddor data ac AI cymhwysol.
Bywgraffiad
Graddiais o brifysgol ym 1998 a gweithiais yn y sector cyhoeddus a phreifat mewn gwahanol rolau datblygu cyn dod i'r DU ar gyfer astudiaethau ôl-raddedig. O ganlyniad, mae gen i dros 20 mlynedd o brofiad mewn datblygu meddalwedd cymwysiadau bwrdd gwaith ac ar y we, gan ddefnyddio technolegau fel: Java, Python, C #, Visual Basic .NET, ASP / ASPX, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, ORACLE).
Ar ôl graddio o'm PhD dechreuais weithio mewn ymchwil ym meysydd peirianneg meddalwedd, gwasanaethau gwe, e-fusnes, e-wyddoniaeth, patrymau datblygu a llinellau cynnyrch meddalwedd. Rwyf wedi bod yn gweithio ym maes ymchwil ers dros 12 mlynedd.
Yn ystod ac ar ôl fy PhD, cefais brofiad addysgu hefyd ar lefel israddedig ac ôl-raddedig.
