Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Beiriannydd Data yn y Tîm Cyfrifiannu a Data yn CUBRIC yn yr Ysgol Seicoleg, Prifysgol Caerdydd.
Mae fy nyletswyddau'n cynnwys dylunio, gweithredu a chynnal piblinellau data CUBRIC. Gall piblinellau nodweddiadol ddal data delwedd a metadata a gofnodwyd yn ystod sesiynau MRI. Yna gellir trawsnewid y data hwn yn unol â gofynion staff ymchwil cyn iddynt ei dderbyn.
Rwyf hefyd yn gyfrifol am weinyddu systemau cronfa ddata sy'n sail i wybodeg delweddu CUBRIC, cyfrifiadura perfformiad uchel, a meddalwedd rheoli adnoddau. Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn cefnogi XNAT, Slurm, a Calpendo yn y drefn honno. Mae'r ffynonellau data hyn yn cefnogi platfform adrodd Cudd-wybodaeth Busnes y ganolfan, sy'n defnyddio Elastic Stack.
Ymhellach, rwy'n ymgeisydd PhD yng Ngrŵp Ymchwil NLP Caerdydd, Ysgol Cyfrifiadureg a Gwybodeg. Rwy'n archwilio'r cyfleoedd a gynigir gan NLP (Prosesu Iaith Naturiol) i helpu i ddarparu ymyrraeth gofal iechyd cynnar mewn achosion o salwch meddwl. Darperir goruchwyliaeth gan Jose Camacho Collados ac Antonio Pardiñas.
