Ymchwil
Rwyf wedi defnyddio dull sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth o lunio polisïau cydraddoldeb drwy gydol fy ngyrfa, gan ddefnyddio ymchwil i ddarparu cyngor arbenigol i Weinidogion Cymru, fel gwahoddedigion sefydlog i Bwyllgor Cyfle Cydraddoldeb Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (2004-2007) ac aelod o Grŵp Gorchwyl a Gorffen Cydraddoldeb Prif Ffrydio Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru.
Rwyf wedi cynnal ymchwil polisi ac wedi darparu argymhelliad ar wahanol agweddau ar brif ffrydio cydraddoldeb i Lywodraeth Cymru, y Comisiwn Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol, Swyddfa Cydraddoldeb y Llywodraeth y DU, Sefydliad Cydraddoldeb Rhywedd Ewrop, a Llywodraeth Malta. Un thema reolaidd yn fy ymchwil yw datblygu dulliau rhyngblethol o gasglu tystiolaeth er mwyn cefnogi prif ffrydio cydraddoldeb ar draws polisi cyhoeddus.

Crynodeb byr o'n gweithgareddau ymchwil ac ymgysylltu
Astudiaethau achos cyflogwyr
Er mwyn cefnogi'r gwaith o weithredu 'dyletswydd cyflog cyfartal' Cymru, gwnaethom ddangos sut y dylid cynnal y gweithlu gofynnol a dadansoddi data cyflogau. Buom yn gweithio ar y cyd â thri chyflogwr mawr yn y sector cyhoeddus a oedd eisoes wedi cwblhau gwerthuso swyddi ac archwiliadau cyflog cyfartal. Fodd bynnag, dangosodd ein canfyddiadau sut y bydd arwahanu galwedigaethol (yn y swydd, trwy batrymau gwaith ac o fewn yr hierarchaeth), yn parhau i atgynhyrchu bylchau cyflog rhwng y rhywiau oni bai bod anghydraddoldebau yn strwythur cyflogaeth yn cael sylw. Gyda chefnogaeth tîm CU WAVE, dadansoddwr cyflog rhwng y rhywiau ac ymgynghorydd rheoli newid, mae'r tri chyflogwr hyn bellach wedi creu timau rheoli mewnol, wedi ymrwymo i fynd i'r afael â'r materion hyn trwy gynllunio'r gweithlu a datblygu sefydliadol.
Bydd CU WAVE yn rhyddhau Dull Dadansoddi Cyflogaeth Rhyw a Chyflogau (GEPA) fel y gall pob sefydliad sector cyhoeddus yng Nghymru efelychu ein dadansoddiad astudiaethau achos. Mae Adroddiad Gweinidogion Cymru ar Gydraddoldeb (2014) yn cefnogi'r defnydd o'r dull hwn ar gyfer adrodd yn erbyn y 'ddyletswydd cyflog cyfartal'.
Rhwydwaith Cyflogaeth a Chyflogau Rhyw (GEPN)
Cyfarfu'r Rhwydwaith Rhywedd, Cyflogaeth a Chyflogau (GEPN) bob chwarter i drafod canlyniadau dienw Astudiaethau Achos Cyflogwyr a datblygiad dull GEPA.
