Arweiniodd Wouter ddyluniad y modiwl Newid Hinsawdd ac Ynni ar gyfer Rownd 8 Arolwg Cymdeithasol Ewrop; datblygu Model Segmentu Cynaliadwyedd Cymru; ac yn ddiweddar ailgynlluniodd modiwl agweddau amgylcheddol ac ymddygiad Arolwg Understanding Society. O fewn CAST, mae'n cyd-arwain y thema sy'n gweithio gyda phartneriaid a chyfranogwyr cyhoeddus i gyflymu trawsnewidiadau carbon isel trwy ymyriadau unigol a chymunedol.
