Summary
Main responsibilities include liaison with Human Resources regarding the setting up of employment contracts; administering and maintaining the Fixed-term contract policy; maintaining and monitoring the annual leave and sickness/absence records of staff members; maintaining and monitoring the probation and appraisal policy; staff recruitment and selection; and acts as Secretary to the Management Advisory Group and School Board. Supervisory responsibility for three Administrative Assistants. Acts as Examination Liaison Officer and Secretary to Level 1 and FSM Examining Boards, including Resit Examining Boards.
