Arweinydd Cynnwys y Cyhoedd / Cydlynydd Datblygu Ymyriad
Trosolwyg
Fi yw Arweinydd Cynnwys y Cyhoedd yn y Ganolfan Genedlaethol ar gyfer Iechyd Meddwl (NCMH). Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn sicrhau bod canlyniadau ymchwil iechyd meddwl yn gwneud gwahaniaeth i fywydau pobl.
Rwy'n darparu cyngor, arweiniad a chefnogaeth i raglenni ymchwil a phrosiectau ymchwil unigol ar weithgareddau ymwneud â'r cyhoedd gyda phobl sydd â phrofiad byw o gyflyrau iechyd meddwl, a'u teuluoedd a'u hanwyliaid. Rwy'n cydlynu llawer o grwpiau cynghori cyhoeddus sefydledig y ganolfan, gan gynnwys ein Grŵp Cynghori Pobl Ifanc (YAG), grŵp profiad byw PÂR a grŵp Cynghori Cyhoeddus ar Anhwylder Straen Ôl-drawmatig (PTSD). Rwy'n darparu cyngor proffesiynol ar strategaeth cynnwys y cyhoedd a llywodraethu mewn ymchwil iechyd meddwl.
Rwy'n parhau i gynghori a chefnogi ein hymchwil Iechyd Meddwl Myfyrwyr parhaus. Yn seicolegydd yn ôl cefndir, fy mhrif ddiddordeb ymchwil yw iechyd meddwl a lles. Fy arbenigedd yw datblygu ymyriad, gwaith ansoddol a dulliau ymchwil. Ar ôl cwblhau fy MSc Seicoleg Iechyd, gweithiais fel ymarferydd seicoleg yn y GIG ochr yn ochr â rolau ymchwil academaidd. Cefais fy PhD yn 2019, ar bwnc datgelu salwch meddwl gan feddygon a myfyrwyr meddygol.
