- Ar gael fel goruchwyliwr ôl-raddedig
Trosolwyg
Mae Laura Reynolds yn Uwch Ddarlithydd Marchnata yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Ar ôl graddio o'i PhD mewn Marchnata o Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd yn 2019, gweithiodd Laura fel Dadansoddwr Polisi yn Sefydliad Economaidd a Datblygu Dinas-ranbarth (City-REDI) ym Mhrifysgol Birmingham ac fel Cydymaith Ymchwil i Uned Ymchwil Economaidd Cymru. Yn fwy diweddar, cwblhaodd Laura Gymrodoriaeth Ôl-ddoethurol a ariennir gan ESRC yn yr Adran Farchnata yng Nghaerdydd.
Mae ei hymchwil yn archwilio llywodraethu rhanddeiliaid o fewn yr hyn sy'n cael ei ystyried fwyfwy yn broses o frandio lleoedd datganoledig, gan archwilio technegau ar gyfer cynnwys trigolion lleol, busnesau ac atyniadau ymwelwyr wrth lunio'r lleoedd y maent yn byw, gweithio a buddsoddi ynddynt. Mae gan Laura ddiddordeb arbennig mewn archwilio cyfleoedd ar gyfer ymgysylltu, trafod a chydweithio rhwng rhanddeiliaid lle, yn ogystal â chwilio am ffyrdd o oresgyn rhwystrau posibl a allai gyfyngu ar ddulliau mwy cynhwysol a chynaliadwy o osod brandio. Yn ganolog i'w hymchwil mae datblygu effaith gymdeithasol ac economaidd, gan ddatblygu ymchwil a all helpu i lywio polisi ac ymarfer.
Mae gwaith Laura yn cyd-fynd yn agos â phartneriaid diwydiant a chymunedol, gan weithio gyda'i gilydd i ymchwilio i lwybrau ar gyfer cynhwysiant rhanddeiliaid a dulliau brandio cynrychioliadol.
