Rwy'n ddarlithydd a Chyfarwyddwr Cyflogadwyedd ac Allgymorth ar gyfer yr Ysgol Cyfrifiadureg a Gwybodeg.
Fi yw'r Arweinydd Academaidd ar gyfer prosiect Technocamps Cymru gyfan sy'n cynnwys dod â sgiliau digidol i blant a phobl ifanc ac uwchsgilio'r gweithlu lleol drwy raglenni DPP. Roedd gen i gefndir amrywiol yn y gwasanaeth sifil gan gynnwys recriwtio a rheoli adnoddau, cyn dychwelyd i addysg i gwblhau BSc mewn Systemau Gwybodaeth ac yna PhD. Fy maes ymchwil yw Gwybodeg Polisi gyda ffocws ar addysg a sgiliau ac ar hyn o bryd rwy'n gweithio ar brosiectau gyda Chyngor Caerdydd, Llywodraeth Cymru, FinTech Wales a BT.
Rwyf wedi cydweithio â Llywodraeth Cymru ar sgiliau digidol i Gymru a Chyngor Gweithlu Cymru i gefnogi ac addysgu myfyrwyr i ddatblygu eu sgiliau a'u profiad yn y sector addysg ddigidol a STEM yng Nghymru. Roeddwn i'n aelod o Gynghrair Ddigidol Cymru sy'n anelu at gymhwyso dull cyson o leoli a recriwtio graddedigion ar draws y gwasanaeth sifil yng Nghymru.
