Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Gymrawd Ymchwil yn y Ganolfan Ymchwil Treialon (CTR).
Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn gweithio gyda data iechyd a gweinyddol i helpu i gefnogi ymchwil a threialon ym maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol y boblogaeth. Mae gen i brofiad o weithio gyda darparwyr data fel SAIL, ONS, NHS England ac eDRIS yn yr Alban. Ar hyn o bryd, rwy'n arweinydd data rheolaidd ar gyfer treial osteoarthritis (TIPTOE) ac rwyf wedi bod yn gweithio gydag Health Data Research UK i gynhyrchu hyfforddiant fideo ar gyfer treialon clinigol sy'n defnyddio data arferol. Rwyf wedi bod yn rhan o'r gorffennol mewn arwain pecynnau gwaith data arferol o astudiaethau sy'n edrych ar bobl ddigartref ac iechyd (Symud Ymlaen) a barn pobl ifanc â Diabetes Math 1 ar ddefnyddio eu data iechyd ac addysg ar gyfer ymchwil (Steadfast). Rwy'n aelod o weithgor gwybodeg iechyd Partneriaeth Ymchwil Methodoleg Treialon NIHR, ac yn goruchwylio Pecyn Cymorth Diogelu Data CTR.
Mae gen i arbenigedd hefyd mewn dylunio a chynnal adolygiadau systematig. Fel rhan o brosiect PUMA , arweiniais a chyhoeddais adolygiad rhyngwladol o effeithiolrwydd clinigol 'Sgoriau Rhybudd Cynnar Peadiatrig' ar gyfer canfod dirywiad mewn cleifion mewnol pediatrig. Roeddwn hefyd yn gyd-ymgeisydd ar adolygiad DECIPHer-arweiniol o ymyriadau i wella iechyd meddwl plant â phrofiad o ofal (CHIMES), gan arwain y gwerthusiad canlyniadau a'r meta-ddadansoddiad.
Cyn gweithio yn CTR, arweiniais gyfres o werthusiadau proses o raglen brwsio dannedd yn yr ysgol Llywodraeth Cymru (Cynllun Gwên), gan lywio'r broses o gyflwyno'r cynllun ar draws Cymru.
