Mae fy rôl bresennol yn golygu fy mod yn rhannu fy amser rhwng Prifysgol Caerdydd a Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a'r Fro. Mae hyn yn golygu fy mod yn treulio hanner fy amser yn darlithio ac yn ymchwilio a'r hanner arall yn rhoi'r hyn rwy'n ei ddysgu ar waith.
Rwy'n fyfyriwr cymharol hwyr yn y byd academaidd ar ôl cwblhau fy PhD yn 2020. Dechreuais fy ngyrfa yn y Lluoedd ac yna gweithiais mewn diwydiannau gweithgynhyrchu ac yna'r sector cyhoeddus cyn cwblhau PhD mewn ymchwil weithredol.
