Pŵer Pedal: A yw cymryd rhan mewn beicio deinamig wedi'i addasu yn effeithio ar gryfder a hyd cyhyrau aelodau isaf, lefelau gweithgaredd, ac ansawdd bywyd i blant a phobl ifanc â Pharlys yr ymennydd? Roedd hwn yn brosiect ymchwil cydweithredol tair blynedd (2009-2011) yn ymchwilio i effeithiau ymyrraeth cyfranogiad seiclo deinamig wedi'i haddasu ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc â pharlys yr ymennydd. Roedd y prosiect hwn yn defnyddio dulliau meintiol ac ansoddol.
Prosiect cwmpasu: Cwmpasu cyfleoedd i ddatblygu ymchwil adsefydlu yng Nghymru. Medi 2008 - Mehefin 2009. Cyllidodd Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru y prosiect ymchwil cydweithredol blwyddyn hwn.
Astudiaeth Beilot ar Effeithiau Rhaglen Ymarfer Cartref Cryfhau Lower Limb ar gyfer Plant â Pharlys yr Ymennydd (2008) - MSc Ymchwil: Dylunio ymchwil pwnc sengl sy'n ymchwilio i'r defnydd o raglenni ymarfer corff yn y cartref cryfhau ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc sydd â Pharlys yr Ymennydd - effeithiau ar gryfder, cerddediad a sbastigrwydd a ymchwiliwyd, yn ogystal â lefelau concordance.

Dechreuais weithio fel Darlithydd ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd ym mis Medi 2004 (rhan amser 2004-2009, llawn amser 2009-hyd yn hyn). Cwblheais Dystysgrif Ôl-raddedig mewn Dysgu ac Addysgu Prifysgol yn llwyddiannus yn 2011. Mae fy addysgu'n cynnwys niwroleg, ffisioleg, sgiliau clinigol ffisiotherapi ac ymarfer ffisiotherapi, ymchwil, a datblygiad personol a phroffesiynol, ar raglenni gradd Israddedig (BSc) a Meistr Ôl-raddedig (MSc).
Fi oedd Rheolwr Rhaglen BSc (Anrh) Ffisiotherapi rhwng 2012-2016 ac roeddwn yn chwarae rhan sylweddol yn achrediad a dilysu Rhaglen Ffisiotherapi BSc (Anrh) Israddedig newydd, gweithredu 2014. Roedd y rhaglen newydd yn cynnwys Modiwlau Addysg Ryngbroffesiynol (IPE) lle rwy'n arwain modiwl IPE mawr gan gynnwys chwe phroffesiwn gofal iechyd, 2015-2019.
Rwyf wedi ymrwymo i arferion cydweithredol a chynhyrchu ymarferwyr medrus, gofalgar a thosturiol. Fel Swyddog Addysg Cymdeithas Siartredig Ffisiotherapi (CSP) Cymru (2013-2017), rwyf wedi cyfrannu ar lefel genedlaethol i ddadlau ar addysg ffisiotherapi a'r cwricwlwm. Mae fy ymchwil a'm hysgolheictod sy'n cynnwys poblogaethau pediatrig wedi llywio'r pynciau pediatrig a hybu iechyd o fewn modiwlau israddedig ac ôl-raddedig a addysgir.
