Mae Rachel Williams yn Ddarllenydd mewn Rheoli Adnoddau Dynol. Treuliodd dros 10 mlynedd yn gweithio fel ymarferydd AD yn y GIG, gweithgynhyrchu a gwasanaethau proffesiynol cyn ymuno â Phrifysgol Caerdydd.
Ymunodd Rachel ag Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd yn 2007 fel darlithydd gyda chyfrifoldeb ychwanegol am gael achrediad Sefydliad Siartredig Personél a Datblygu (CIPD) ar gyfer rhaglen MSc HRM yr Ysgol. Mae rhaglenni MSc HRM llawn amser a rhan-amser yr Ysgol bellach wedi'u hachredu ar lefel 7 gan y CIPD ac mae ganddi berthynas agos â'r CIPD yng Nghymru. Ar hyn o bryd, hi yw Tiwtor Derbyn ar gyfer graddau BSc Rheoli Busnes yr Ysgol Busnes.
Mae meysydd ymchwil yn cynnwys profiadau milfeddygon sydd newydd gymhwyso, recriwtio a chadw yn y gwasanaeth iechyd a rhwystrau i gyflogaeth ar gyfer ceisiadau gan grwpiau economaidd-gymdeithasol isel.
Mae Rachel yn Uwch Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch ac yn Aelod Siartredig o'r CIPD. Mae'n addysgu ar y rhaglenni MSc HRM a Diploma mewn Cynllunio Gofal Iechyd ac yn darparu cyrsiau Addysg Weithredol yn rheolaidd.
