Adolygydd Systematig
Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Adolygydd Systematig ar gyfer yr Uned Arbenigol ar gyfer Tystiolaeth Adolygu (SURE) ac ymunais â'r adran yn 2018. Rwy'n brofiadol mewn dulliau adolygu systematig a synthesis tystiolaeth mewn pynciau iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol. Mae gen i brofiad ym mhob agwedd ar y broses adolygu gan gynnwys protocol a datblygu chwilio, chwilio llenyddiaeth systematig, gwerthuso beirniadol, echdynnu data, a synthesis tystiolaeth.
Ar hyn o bryd, rwy'n darparu arbenigedd adolygu systematig i'r Ganolfan Gwerthuso Gofal Iechyd, Asesu Dyfeisiau ac Ymchwil (CEDAR) ac yn cyfrannu at adolygiadau tystiolaeth o dechnolegau meddygol ar gyfer Rhaglen Gwerthuso Technolegau Meddygol NICE a Cyd-bwyllgor Comisiynu GIG Cymru.
Mae fy ngwaith blaenorol yn cynnwys adolygiadau tystiolaeth ar gwnsela ysgolion a chymunedol i Lywodraeth Cymru, ac adolygiadau ar iechyd meddwl a lles plant ar gyfer Canolfan Beth sy'n Gweithio ar gyfer Gofal Cymdeithasol Plant a'r Sefydliad Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Ymchwil Iechyd a Gofal (NIHR). Cyfrannais hefyd at adolygiad systematig o arferion rheoli achosion ar gyfer y Ganolfan Effaith ar Ddigartrefedd.
Rwyf hefyd yn cymryd rhan mewn cyrsiau addysgu ar synthesis tystiolaeth ac yn cyfrannu at gwrs Adolygu Systematig SURE.

Ymchwil
Rwy'n gweithio fel Adolygydd Systematig ac yn arbenigo mewn dulliau sy'n gysylltiedig â synthesis tystiolaeth. Mae hyn yn cynnwys gweithio ar adolygiadau systematig, adolygiadau cyflym, adolygiadau cwmpasu, asesiadau technoleg iechyd, a mathau eraill o synthesis tystiolaeth. Mae'r gwaith hwn yn caniatáu ateb cwestiynau am bwnc penodol drwy grynhoi tystiolaeth gan ddefnyddio dulliau sy'n lleihau tuedd. Gall adolygiadau systematig ateb cwestiynau sy'n ymwneud ag effeithiolrwydd a chost-effeithiolrwydd ymyriadau ar draws amrywiaeth o bynciau iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol. Gall adolygiadau systematig hefyd edrych ar y rhwystrau a'r hwyluswyr ar gyfer gweithredu ymyriadau. Mae fy rôl yn cynnwys datblygu cwestiynau y gellir eu hateb mewn adolygiadau systematig, dylunio strategaethau chwilio, gwerthuso tystiolaeth dyfeisiau ac ymyriadau meddygol yn feirniadol, a chyfuno gwahanol fathau o ddata.
Asesiadau Technoleg Iechyd
Fel rhan o'm gwaith gyda thîm SURE, rwy'n cydweithio â chydweithwyr yn y Ganolfan Gwerthuso Gofal Iechyd, Asesu Dyfeisiau ac Ymchwil (CEDAR). Mae hyn yn cynnwys gweithio ar Asesiadau Technoleg Iechyd (HTAs) ar gyfer y Sefydliad Cenedlaethol dros Ragoriaeth mewn Iechyd a Gofal (NICE) fel rhan o'r Rhaglen Gwerthuso Technolegau Meddygol. Mae'r rhaglen yn gwerthuso dyfeisiau a thechnolegau meddygol, gan asesu eu heffeithiolrwydd a'u haddasrwydd i'w defnyddio yn y GIG. Roedd prosiect diweddar y bûm yn gweithio arno yn ymwneud â therapïau digidol ar gyfer oedolion â phryder. Roedd y technolegau a aseswyd yn cynnwys 11 ap sy'n darparu ymyriadau seicolegol gyda chymorth a ddarperir hefyd gan therapydd neu ymarferydd. Yn dilyn yr asesiad, gwnaeth NICE yr argymhelliad y gellir defnyddio chwe ap o fewn y GIG i drin oedolion ag anhwylderau gorbryder tra bod tystiolaeth ychwanegol yn cael ei chasglu ar eu heffeithiolrwydd. Gallwch ddarllen mwy am asesu therapïau digidol ar gyfer pryder a'r argymhellion ar wefan NICE.
Sylw ymchwil
Rwyf hefyd wedi gweithio ar adolygiadau systematig o ymyriadau ar gyfer iechyd a lles plant a phobl ifanc. Un enghraifft yw adolygiad systematig o ymyriadau i wella iechyd meddwl a lles i blant a phobl ifanc sydd wedi profi gofal (adolygiad systematig CHIMES). Ariannwyd yr adolygiad gan y Sefydliad Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Ymchwil Iechyd a Gofal (NIHR) ac roedd yn brosiect cydweithredol gyda chydweithwyr yn Ysgol y Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol a'r Ysgol Meddygaeth yn ogystal ag academyddion ym Mhrifysgol Caerwysg a Phrifysgol Bangor. Asesodd yr adolygiad systematig gorff mawr o dystiolaeth ryngwladol o ymyriadau sy'n targedu lles, iechyd meddwl a hunanladdiad. Canfuom fod astudiaethau'n aml yn canolbwyntio ar wella sgiliau cymdeithasol ac emosiynol pobl ifanc neu newid arddull rhianta gofalwyr maeth. Nododd yr adolygiad fod mentora yn ymyrraeth bosibl i gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc sydd wedi profi gofal. Yn ogystal, nododd yr adolygiad fod angen mwy o gefnogaeth i helpu gofalwyr, sefydliadau a gweithwyr proffesiynol i gydweithio. Gallwch ddarllen y cyhoeddiad a adolygwyd gan gymheiriaid am yr adolygiad systematig CHIMES, a gyhoeddwyd yn y cyfnodolyn Systematic Reviews.
