Overview

My research applies microeconomic theory and game theory to the analysis of various international policy issues such as trade policy, state aid policy, tax policy, and environmental policy. My PhD was on Strategic Trade Policy and RetaIiation, and subsequently I published many articles on international trade and trade policy under oligopoly. I have published in many journals including Journal of International Economics, Economic Journal, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Scandinavian Journal of Economics, Oxford Economic Papers, Canadian Jornal of Economics, and Economics Letters. Recently, I have been working on the analysis of trade wars, international tax competition, and international environmental policy.
