I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2018 from the South Wales Programme.  Prior to this I worked on offending behaviour programmes in prisons, then in IAPT in England as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP).  I went on to become an IAPT lecturer and researcher at Exeter University. Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist I have worked for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, predominantly in Community Mental Health Teams.  I am trained in a number of different therapies, but Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is where my passion and research interests lie.   

I have always been passionate about ensuring appropriate support for all psychological professionals at all stages of their careers.
