Overview
I am a PhD researcher at Cardiff University School of Engineering's Hydro-environmental Research Centre. I have over 8 years of experience in the development of water resources infrastructure and infrastructure finance.
I earned a B.Eng. in Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University in Uganda in 2016, a PGDip in Project Planning and Management from the Uganda Management Institute in Uganda in 2019, and an MSC in Civil and Water Engineering (Distinction) from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom in 2022 funded by the Chevening Scholarship.
Since October 2023, I have been working towards a PhD fully sponsored by The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC).
I was a Research Assistant for the Tidal Lagoon Challenge - Financing and Regulation of Tidal Range Schemes.
