Overview
I am a 2nd year PhD candidate at Cardiff University investigating the use of “bossware”, surveillance software designed to monitor employees at work.Through my research on the use of bossware and the practice of work monitoring, I seek to contribute to the literature in Human-Computer Interaction, Law, and Psychology.
