Overview

I am Yiwen, a PhD student in in the Institute of Precision Oncology Cardiff Hub (IPOCH) at Cardiff University. My research focuses on deep learning Radiomics imaging features and aims to use digital pathology, radiomics and genomics data to predict patient outcomes in solid cancers. I will collate the histopathology data from patient records, combine with FAKTION CT image, treatment, and outcome data, to develop an enhanced, multi-data field, approach to select participants for clinical trials for solid cancers.
